COVID 19 UPDATES

ALTHOUGH WE ARE WORKING AS NORMAL, SMALL DELAYS WITH SOME ORDERS CAN BE EXPECTED

The Coronavirus has impacted all of us but we continue to ship orders from our warehouse as usual. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you and keep you riding. Although our warehouses are operating as normal we are experiencing some isolated delays with couriers / postal services which can impact on delivery times. Where possible we encourage you to use our Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery.

While the vast majority of orders are shipping and arriving without delay please be aware that some couriers are experiencing some delays in certain regions.

Like all businesses, we have made significant changes to the way we operate to do our part in reducing the spread of the virus and look after our team. These include, among other things:

- Home working for everyone that is able to

- Social Distancing in the Workplace (luckily we have big warehouses so can easily spread out)

- Hourly Hand Washing and Cleaning for our Warehouse Teams.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

The cost of shipping and the services available are dependent on the contents of your cart and will be calculated at checkout. However here is a guide below;

Standard  - Our standard most econimical ground service
Express Depending on your location and Cart contents we have a faster Express Shipping service (typically 2-4 days)

STANDARD SHIPPING*

Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders

EXPRESS SERVICES

Our Express delivery options (ground and air) are available only on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see Express delivery at checkout it means your basket is not eligible for Express delivery. Items that are available for Express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We deliver on Weekdays (Monday - Friday) but typically not on weekends

All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery and you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.

Custom Builds / Wheelbuilding - Please allow an extra 5 extra days for custom wheel builds and custom bike builds for us to build ready for depatch.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on your country you may be liable for local import duties or taxes. PLEASE NOTE: These are your responsibilty and are not covered by SourceBMX at the time of checkout. Typically you will be contacted by your countries Import autorities or the courier to cover the costs of any import duties and taxes when your order arives in your country.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FAQ

  • All in stock orders placed before the deadline shown on that product page are dispatched from us that day.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the Service and your location but transit times specific to your address are displayed at the checkout once your address has been entered (before payment is taken)

  • Once your order has shipped you will be emailed or text your tracking details. You can also track your parcel by visiting your Account page

  • From time to time we split orders into multiple shipments to get your order to you quicker than it would be to wait for all items to ship together. There is no additional charge for this, however we cannot guarantee that the 2 parcels will arrive at the same time.
