ALTHOUGH WE ARE WORKING AS NORMAL, SMALL DELAYS WITH SOME ORDERS CAN BE EXPECTED

The Coronavirus has impacted all of us but we continue to ship orders from our warehouse as usual. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you and keep you riding. Although our warehouses are operating as normal we are experiencing some small and isolated delays with our supply chain as well as some isolated delays with couriers / postal services which can impact on delivery times. Where possible we encourage you to use our Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery. (More on that on our DELIVERY PAGE)

While the vast majority of orders are shipping and arriving without delay please be aware that some couriers are experiencing some delays in certain regions. Similarly some orders are taking slightly longer than normal to dispatch due to delays in the supply chain of items reaching us

Our customer service team is operating as normal (albeit at home where possible) and will be happy to answer any important questions you have.

However In these unprecedented times, please refrain from contacting us regarding an order unless it is critical. This will allow us to service the customers who need it most as quickly as possible.
